Important:
Before continuing, begin with the
Amazon DSP Historical Reports to
configure your historical campaign and products reports.
These instructions are only relevant to integrations where neither direct Amazon DSP API or UI access is being provided to Incremental. Direct API access is the preferred integration method. Due to Amazon (Managed Service) not having API access, data will be ingested through recurring reports.
Daily recurring reports in Amazon DSP for Campaign, Inventory and Products that will automatically email data to Incremental. This feeds our Amazon DSP integration to track your media performance. This is a one-time setup.
Navigate to:
- Campaign Report (Daily Recurring)
- Products Report (Daily Recurring)
- Inventory Report (Daily Recurring)
Campaign Report (Daily Recurring)
- After creating the historic report, you will be redirected to the Report Center page. Find your new report in the table and click “Clone” under Actions.
- Under Configuration, change the Report period field to Previous 30 Days
- In the Report Settings:
- Remove “Historic” from the report name so it reads “{Your_Brand_Name} DSP Campaign”
- Select the File Type as CSV
- Send to: data@incremental.com
- Change Request time to Recurring. Set Schedule Frequency to Daily to run every day at 4:00 AM EST. Set Schedule end date to the maximum allowed.
- Click Run to save the report with new settings. The recurring report will be successfully scheduled.
Products Report (Daily Recurring)
Important Note:
This report is only available for certain Amazon DSP accounts. If you do not have
the product-level metrics (Total Purchases, Total Units Sold, Total Products
Sales) as an option, you will need to reach out to Amazon to inquire as to
why
this is the case.
- After creating the historic report, you will be redirected to the Report Center page. Find your new report in the table and click “Clone” under Actions.
- Under Configuration, change the Report period field to Previous 30 Days
- In the Report Settings
- Remove “Historic” from the report name so it reads “{Your_Brand_Name} DSP Product”
- Select the File Type as CSV
- Send to: data@incremental.com
- Change Request time to Recurring. Set Schedule Frequency to Daily to run every day at 4:00 AM EST. Set Schedule end date to the maximum allowed.
- Click Run to save the report with new settings. The recurring report will be successfully scheduled.

- Schedule: Daily - every day at 4:00 AM EST
- Report Period: Previous 30 days
Confirm Completion
Once you have completed the setup and activation of the listed reports, please submit a support ticket with the with the Brand(s) used in report names.
