* Please note that SKU ID differs from SKU or Product ID. SKU ID is a globally unique and immutable identifier assigned by TikTok, not the seller. SKU is the value assigned by the seller. Product ID is the entity above a SKU, similar to a variant grouping.
Frequently Asked Questions
What data is available via the TikTok Shop integration?
Incremental's TikTok Shop integration allows for order- and SKU-level reporting. Please note that the product ID used in Incremental's reporting is the SKU ID, which differs from SKU and Product ID.
Why am I not seeing all of my Shops while trying to authorize my TikTok Shop integration?
This occurs most frequently for Business Account admins who have access to all of the Shops in their account, but have not been assigned as a member to the specific Shops they wish to connect. If you are seeing a Shop listed in your Business Center account but are not seeing it listed in the Incremental platform during the authorization process, please check if you have been assigned as a member to that particular Shop in TikTok Business Center. You can find this in Business Center by clicking Management > Accounts > Shops and confirming that your TikTok user is listed as a member for the Shop(s) in question.
