Frequently Asked Questions

How are attribution and conversion metrics calculated?

Incremental’s data reflects purchases as reported by Roundel Kiosk. The attribution method may differ depending on the ad product. Please see Roundel's ad guide for more information on the reporting for each ad product.

Why do attributed metrics (e.g. ad-attributed revenue) change over time?

Conversions are typically tracked across a multi-day attribution window. Given that there may be a delay between an ad interaction occurring and a conversion being attributed to it, the data associated with said conversion may appear several days later.

What types of Roundel Kiosk campaigns are supported?

Incremental supports all campaigns available via Roundel Kiosk. Target Product Ads, also referred to as sponsored product ads, are excluded from the Roundel Kiosk integration as they are already included in our Roundel Media Studio integration. For more information on coverage for Target Product Ads, please see our Roundel Media Studio channel guide.

What is the difference between Roundel Media Studio and Roundel Kiosk?

Roundel Media Studio only supports Target Product Ads, which are sponsored product ads that are served on Target.com and the Target mobile app. Roundel's managed service clients are also eligible to run additional ad types, such as connected TV and Google search ads. These additional ad types are made available through Roundel Kiosk reporting. For more information on Roundel's ad offerings, please see their ad guide.

To avoid potential duplication of RMS campaign data, our Roundel Kiosk integration excludes RMS campaigns. If your Roundel advertising efforts include both RMS and non-RMS campaigns, please ensure that both Roundel Media Studio and Roundel Kiosk are connected.

What types of data can I expect to see with a Roundel Kiosk integration?

This integration provides campaign-level performance metrics for all non-RMS campaigns, as well as segmentation by product, where applicable.
