Frequently Asked Questions
How can I set up a Walmart Scintilla integration?
Company admins can navigate to the Channel Management page within your settings in order to connect any channels that your brands leverage. A Walmart Scintilla connection will require you to work with your sales or onboarding contact(s) to determine the means for data extraction. Any exchange of Walmart data will require a signed TPA with Walmart.
If you do not have a sales or onboarding contact, please submit a support ticket here. Please note that you will need a charter (paid) Scintilla subscription for Incremental to automate your data ingestion. Those with a basic (free) Scintilla subscription may leverage Incremental's Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) services.
My brand already works with an API provider to extract Walmart Scintilla data. Can I use this data to power the integration?
If you already have Walmart reporting automated through Scintilla's API and you do not wish to provide Incremental with an API seat, you may be eligible to leverage the automation set up by your data provider to support Incremental's Walmart integration.
